How soon can you inspect?
Inspections are available 7 days a week, usually within 24 hours. Reports are delivered digitally the next day — just call to confirm timing.
How much does an inspection cost?
Pricing is quote-based because every home is different. Factors include size, single vs. multi-family, property type and the number of systems. Call 718-208-7092 for an instant quote.
Do you inspect condos and co-ops?
Yes: condo, co-op, and investor inspections across all five boroughs plus Nassau and Suffolk counties.
What exactly gets inspected?
Over 1,700 individual items across ten major systems: exterior, interior, attic, basement/crawl space, plumbing, water heater, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and driveway/garage.
What do I get for free?
A licensed termite/WDO report required by your bank and your full photo-documented report delivered digitally the next day. (Termite report excludes condo/co-op/townhouse units managed by a Board.)
When do I get my report?
The next day. Your full photo-documented report is delivered digitally the next day — no waiting days for mail.
Should I attend the inspection?
Absolutely. Your active participation is encouraged, as it is the best way to understand the home up close, and everything is explained in plain English.
What if I'm not satisfied?
If you aren't completely satisfied at the completion of your inspection, no report is issued and you don't pay for the inspection.
What happens after the inspection?
Our job doesn't end with the report. Call months later with a question and we'll do whatever it takes so you're comfortable with the property.
Is my report confidential?
Yes. All report details are strictly confidential and are never shared with anyone without your permission.
